As the Lead Money Coach you will be tasked with hiring, training, and developing high-performing money coaches for Capital One.

The ideal candidate will be an effective communicator and facilitator, and have a measurable, demonstrated ability to effectively manage people.  They will be be energetic, flexible, creative, highly organized and reliable, and have an entrepreneurial and adaptable spirit. This role will involve a significant amount of travel across the country for regular training, onboarding and check-ins with Coaches.

Act as the Community of Practice lead for Money Coaching by hiring, training, and developing high-performing Money Coaches for Capital One.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

-Ensure the well-being of all Money Coaches

-Ensure that Money Coaches are following Capital One best-practices and procedures

-Coordinate and facilitate Money Coach check-in calls (one group call and bi-weekly 1-1 calls)

-Coordinate and facilitate quarterly in-person Money Coach summits, including additional training

-Train Money Coaches (initial onboarding + additional training program development and delivery)

-Hire new Money Coaches as needed

-Collaborate with local Café Coaches to ensure that Money Coaching and Workshops are delivered at a high quality

-Assess Money Coaches performance

-Assist with scheduling Money Coaches time in cafes and for out-of-cafe events

-Offer coaching and workshops at pop-up events and PR events

-Collect and share feedback to design teams about the Money Coaching and Workshop programs

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s degree or military experience

-ICF-recognized life coaching certification

-At least 10 years coaching experience OR at least 10 years of facilitation experience

-At least 5 years of experience managing direct reports

Preferred Qualifications:

-Master’s Degree

-Money Coaching certification

-1 year of experience working within the financial services industry

-1 year of experience providing financial guidance to clients

-3 years of experience in Psychology field

-3 years of experience of training facilitation
