OfficeTeam in Plano is partnering with an established Mortgage company in the West Plano area! We are partnering on a temporary contract position that could be between 2-10 weeks in length. This is an administrative position with a schedule of Monday-Friday and offering a pay between $15-17 based on experience. This position is ideal for those who are not working and can commit to a temporary or contract opportunity. If you meet the requirements, please apply now! Job Duties include: - Auditing loan documents and checking for accuracy. Matching documents to State Law requirements and reaching out to customers if missing information. - Completion of loan document data entry into proprietary system - Following up with customers and clients to obtain all necessary information to complete application process. - Connecting with internal staff to obtain signatures from required people - Supporting UCC1 filing process in all 50 states. Collecting all data for Financial Statement including parties name, signatures, addresses and collateral. - Answer incoming inquiries regarding loan application process. - Supporting other departments as needed. - Heavy email correspondence with internal and external parties.
