Adecco is currently assisting a leading lender in Cincinnati, OH in their search for temporary to hire Mortgage Collections Specialist to perform soft collections and deliver excellent customer service. Job duties of the Mortgage Collections Specialist:

• Perform collections call to delinquent customers to obtain payment commitments.
• Review, negotiate, and recommend actions for proposed foreclosure or repossession alternatives
• Monitor delinquencies, foreclosures and bankruptcies to ensure compliance guidelines
• Identify, evaluate, and resolve reasons for negligence
• Use multiple computer applications to accurately confirm information and record all collection efforts

Qualifications of the Mortgage Collections Specialist:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 4 - 5 years of experience in collections or customer service highly preferred
• Must possess ability to communicate effectively through written and oral means
• Must have adequate computer, data entry, and analytical skills

Typical Schedule (subject to change depending on the department):

• 3 days 8am - 5pm
• 2 days 10am - 7pm
• 2 Saturdays a month 8am - 12pm
• Last day of the month 8am - 7pm
