At least three years of prior retail sales experience make all the difference in this role
A background in wireless communications is strongly encouraged
We're also looking for someone who's had demonstrated leadership experience, from store processes to inventory and merchandising to hiring and staff scheduling
Great communication comes naturally to you, whether it's with customers, store employees, or upper management
A high school degree or GED is essential, and while it's not required, a college degree is a big plus
You can also create and present meeting agendas, conduct one on ones, and coach your team like its second nature
You're also comfortably using basic computer programs
Our team will have your back at every turn, and it's important that you share that same level of commitment to them--that means having the availability to work typical retail hours, including weekends and holidays as needed

When the Store Manager is away, you step into the lead role
