Job Summary: MetTech entry-level participants will gain technical acumen, build skills necessary for professional and business success, and experience what it is like to work in a start-up environment at a Fortune 50 Company.
Functional Responsibilities: MetTech participants will join a cohort of other top-talented entry-level hires focused on technology and operations. During the first six months in the Program, participants will spend 50% of their time working in their assigned line of business (LOB) gaining real-time technology skills and experience. The other 50% of their time will be spent developing business and professional skills through fun, cutting-edge experiential learning activities. The six month Program will conclude with a Capstone project where each participant will have the opportunity to present to senior GTO leadership. Upon successful completion of the MetTech Professional Program, participants will be placed in a full-time entry level role.
Locations: Positions in multiple sites throughout the United States and around the world, including the Global Technology Campus in Cary, NC.
Typical Experience: Minimum of Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university. Background in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, information assurance, information security, mathematics, business with technical concentration preferred, non-technical majors may be considered. Minimum GPA 3.0
Top performing MetTech participants will be recommended for GTO’s Rising Leaders Program after one year of successful demonstration of technical and business acumen.
