This 2nd generation family-owned franchise is expanding and looking for someone to oversee recruiting, training, management, budget compliance, and overall operations of up to 8 restaurants. You need to ensure excellent customer service, high quality foods, crew development, food safety, store cleanliness and maximum profitability. Someone who maintains communication, acts as a liaison with the Operations Manager, and provides a positive focus on the company culture and values. QSR experience a plus!

Key Duties & Responsibilities of the Multi - Unit Restaurant Manager in Southern, ME
Maintain standards and expectations in food quality, guest service, food safety, store cleanliness, and financial performance in up to 8 restaurants.
Achieves and maintains "Operational Excellence" within the brand restaurants in the assigned area
Responsible for all phases of the restaurants' performance and decisions for his/her restaurants
Provides clear, consistent communications on a frequent basis with the Restaurant Managers, Operations Director and Franchisee
Builds an effective team of employees through recruiting, training and development with meaningful, timely performance feedback
Partners with the training department to ensure the completion of development plans for restaurant staff
Strong supervisory and organizational skills
Has consistently demonstrated strong leadership skills in operations, people development and sales & profitability
At least 3-5 years related industry experience with multi-unit supervisory experience.
