Multi Family Real Estate Insurance Manager - Commercial Loan Servicing (Bethesda, MD)
Commercial Loan Servicing is part of the Commercial and Small Business Banking Servicing organization and a part of Capital One's Banking Operations Division. This global leader is critical to the success of the Commercial strategy as the organization ensures accurate and timely execution of all required/requested transactions for some of the largest loans in the Bank's portfolio. These transactions are complex in nature, and involve external bank clients; therefore, these transactions must be executed with the care and sensitivity expected of such a value asset.
The Insurance Manager will primarily be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the insurance process as it relates to Fannie, Freddie, and Ginnie loans. The Insurance Manager will have a thorough understanding of the Agency’s insurance requirements, have the ability to manage the insurance vendor & its processes, be able to manage internal & external audit processes, and have the ability to engage internal and external decision makers. This person will also be contributing to other servicing functions such as post-boarding, servicing transfers, & processing auto-draft notices. This person must be able to communicate efficiently and effectively via written and verbal communication.
The ideal candidate will have experience in Multifamily Financing, specifically Insurance Servicing. The person will have previous management experience and must demonstrate the ability to pay attention to detail while ensuring Agency compliance. The person must be flexible & able to prioritize based on the workload.
High School Diploma, GED, equivalent certification or military experience
At least 3 years of agency insurance servicing
