Job Description

IQVIA, is looking for a Campaign Operations Associate to execute marketing campaigns and implement leading edge lead/demand generation programs.

We're looking for a motivated person with demonstrated skills in marketing and marketing technology, a keen attention to detail, and a commitment to customer service.

  • Complete Multichannel Marketing Operations responsibilities including but not limited to: Campaign Target List Generation and Management, Vendor Coordination to ensure smooth deployment of marketing campaigns, Multichannel Marketing Campaign Operations documentation
  • Execute and support Multichannel Marketing campaigns
  • Manages project teams including both internal and external resources in the design, development and delivery of MCM campaigns.
  • Develop and manage integrated project plan for all vendors and internal client activities required for implementation of the MCM campaign
  • Manage Reporting of campaign performance
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of marketing technology capabilities and opportunities to leverage the technology to meet marketing needs

  • Must have Exact Target experience
  • Aptitude for solving problems
  • Have experience working with marketing tools to support multi-channel marketing execution
  • 2-4 years experience running campaigns in CRM tools (e.g. Unica, ExactTarget, SilverPop, Smartfocus, Siebel, e-Dialog)
  • 2-4 years work experience administering Marketing Automation or Email Marketing (e.g. Eloqua, Marketo)
  • Strong Excel skills needed, SQL background a plus
  • Working knowledge of data queries and data feeds
  • Experience with Tableau is a plus
  • Self Starter
  • Ability to work independently with little direction
  • Detailed oriented and should be able to manage numerous deadlines & deliverables
  • Pharmaceutical or Marketing Experience (Specific Operational Marketing experience nice to have but not necessary)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment working with multiple teams including web development, IT, business analysts, analytics team, account management as well as interfacing with clients as needed
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, team building, and support skills
  • Demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative, and creativity
