As part of the Multi-Channel Relationship Marketing Team within AstraZeneca's Global Commercial Operations Group, the Multi-Channel Relationship Marketing Leader will be responsible for strategic design, execution and analysis of the Multi-Channel Relationship Marketing (MCRM) capability. This includes establishing relationships with Marketing teams, their agency partners and their extended business teams to champion the adoption, design, expansion and measurement of multi-channel marketing programs to healthcare professionals and consumers. The MCRM Leader will partner on the implementation of MCRM campaigns that support the marketing plans and ensure compliance with all AstraZeneca privacy, opt, quality and security policies.
The MCRM Leader has accountability for delivering executional excellence to their assigned brands and is responsible for driving brand team satisfaction and AZ business outcomes. The MCRM Leader must have the ability to effectively engage, influence and challenge key stakeholders in order to deliver campaigns that effectively advance the business. The Leader must also ensure satisfaction and ongoing continuous improvement of their efforts. The Leader requires strong business acumen, understanding of process solutions, customer centric marketing and digital marketing.
In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to deliver MCRM Campaigns that drive business results for the assigned brands, while partnering with GCO, brand and other partners to launch efficient and effective campaigns that support marketing objectives. You will contribute to and influence the evolution of our MCRM capability as a meaningful component for the delivery of global business outcomes, and you'll be responsible for working with assigned brand team members, MCRM Manager, and MCRM Operations team to align and document campaign design and implementation. You will develop recommendations and align approaches with brand and other partners on target segments, salesforce, media, and 3rd party integrations, while analyzing campaigns through metrics that matter and convey the results and campaign status with key stakeholders. You will be required to set and maintain program launch expectations and overall campaign status with MCRM Manager, communicate with Brands to anticipate needs and provide guidance to plan program components for successful execution, and identify project risks and contribute to the development of options and plans to manage those risks to ensure successful execution of overall Brand campaigns.
