The Johnson &
Johnson Human Performance Institute is currently recruiting for two National
Account Managers. The National Account Manager is responsible for
achieving product sales to new and established national/key accounts to achieve
sales objectives and greater market penetration.
tactical plan to achieve objectives through the sales and servicing of
large national/key accounts within a prescribed territory.
and makes pre-planned sales or telesales presentation to customers.
Make visits to customer location or contact to gather information or
orders and market conditions.
customer and product focused presentation packages for sales.
complete knowledge of e-learning strategies that can be applied to
presenting and selling solutions to customers.
independent judgment and discretion in the performance of e-learning
on the forefront of technological advancements which simplify workflow.
and interact effectively to encourage collaboration when problem solving

- A Bachelor's degree in
Business, Sales or Marketing is required.
- A minimum of 5 years in
Sales or Marketing is required.
- Minimum of 3 years in
direct B2B sales experience is required.
- Sales experience with
top company executives and senior leadership teams is required.
- Strong telesales
experience is preferred.
- E-learning sales and
E-delivery experience is preferred. Experience with business development
and new market penetration is preferred.
- Excellent knowledge of
company's products and services, selling skills is preferred.

- Maintains high level of
business knowledge and is able to allocate resources appropriately to meet
changing requirements is required.
- Exhibits strong planning
and organizational skills and the ability to problem solve quickly when new
