Job Purpose: To ensure that National Accounts everyday business is running properly using existing and new systems. To help develop and improve our business by managing systems improvement and process projects. To ensure that National account projects and initiatives are supported by the proper systems and processes.

Position Duties and Responsibilities:

Leads IT projects for the National accounts department, documenting all system requirements and enhancements. Keeping projects on task and keeping the team updated on status
Facilitating effective project execution by monitoring project status, gather customer responses and needs, monitor project scope and watch for potential setbacks.
Effectively manage multiple, concurrent program development projects
Oversee item databases, product pricing set-up and maintenance and product consistency in the database
Prepare reports and information as requested.
Working closely with National Account Managers, Retailers, Company Field teams, and Fabricators to see project objectives are met from beginning to end.
Assists in the day to day execution of National Account Tasks utilizing various systems
Assist with Fabricator Setup and Training utilizing all available systems

Job Requirements:

Time Management
Natural desire and capability to understand and articulate detailed processes including process mapping
Capability to document needs to improve or enhance systems based on detailed processes and program specifications
Good knowledge and proficiency working in different systems and Retailers systems or high level of capability to learn these systems in detail quickly. Includes JT, SAP, DW, Salesforce, ( Lowe's ) True commerce, Genesis, ISST
Must have a strong ability to understand a project's technical details and uncover and assess projects risks
Proven ability to communicate effectively at multiple levels: from team members to customer, to executive management.
Demonstrates analytic and organizational skills
Must have proficiency to work in MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Education: College Degree business operations or equivalent required

Experience: 2+ years
