This position is responsible for growing specifications and sales of all specification lighting products and specification connected lighting products, services and solutions. This position focuses on the top specification markets, areas with new agents, markets underserved by current representation and identifies large growth markets or opportunities to achieve profitable growth for Eaton Lighting.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 5 years sales leadership experience in specification sales channel.
Ability to travel national up to 75%.
Must be eligible to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Direct sales specification experience in lighting industry strongly preferred.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of Eaton Cooper Lighting products is a strong plus.
