The Naples, FL operation of Otis Elevator is looking for an experienced professional to lead the field operations of a growing new equipment and modernization business. Demonstrated ability to direct, supervise and lead the performance of field operations. Are you self-motivated with strong leadership, organizational, communication, and time management skills? The successful candidate must have the ability to direct, supervise and motivate efficient performance of field staff for OTIS new equipment jobs. Responsibilities include: ensuring quality project completions within target hours, managing the construction safety program; managing, scheduling and expenditure of project labor, material and other assets; performing and managing technical surveys and estimates; field education and safety training; quality assurance for both OTIS and our customers.
A minimum of 3+ years of elevator/escalator field experience - preferably with Otis. Field management experience preferred, but not required.
Candidates must have a high school diploma. An Associate or Bachelor degree and prior supervisory experience are desirable.
