Robert Half Technology is seeking a Network Analyst for a large medical center. The ideal candidate should be able to perform: Management and maintenance of the Customer Center telephony and network infrastructure. This includes the following technologies: • Cisco UCM (including Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Unity Voice Mail, Cisco telephones and Cisco LAN/WAN switches and gateways) • Cisco IP Contact Center (UCXX) (including Cisco CAD, Cisco Supervisor Desktop, and Call Center Reporting)
