The Business Entity
Network Optimization Service (NOS) is one of the Flexible Subscription Service offering to Cisco Advanced Services customers which enable customer's network to get ready, better, and smarter. NOS portfolio offer customers a comprehensive deliverables set in Network Assessment, Learning, Support and Architecture Specialization (Routing & Switching, Wireless, and Security) domain.

The Team
The Network Optimization Service is Cisco Advanced Service's flagship offer, supporting the core network infrastructure of hundreds of customers around the world. The team is targeted to assist SP and Enterprise customers to drive key values and outcomes, including OPEX reduction, Agility and end user satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities
With a seasoned mix of broad networking knowledge and specific area expertise, as well as excellent Customer relationship skills, you will
• Design and implement complex solutions for Cisco's valued customers
• Plan and document highly complex Upgrade and Migration activities across multiple Cisco technologies
• Manage and optimize existing customer Environments
• Provide critical recommendations to help our customers retain their competitive edge
• Build simulated networks in test labs to proof exciting new solutions

Minimum Qualifications
• Typically requires university degree equivalent plus 5 -6 year of experience in network engineering or telecommunications support environment
• CCIE in R&S, SP, Datacenter or Cloud desired.
• CCNP in R&S, SP, Datacenter or Cloud as a minimum
• Ability to Work in larger virtual teams spanning functions, regions and departments.
• Contribute to the future growth and success of the Global Delivery Center

Desired Skills
• Experience in designing, deploying & supporting Cisco Solutions
• Operation and configuration of Cisco's Datacenter and network devices (e.g. Nexus, Catalyst routers, switches, Load Balancers, Storage Networks, Application Optimizers, UCS Server technologies, and VMware Virtualization)
• Good knowledge of switching, routing protocols (EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, etc.).
• Good knowledge in MPLS and QoS.
• Good Knowledge of Cisco ASR or CRS platforms
• Knowledge of vertical markets and understanding customer challenges
• Demonstrate the impact for Cisco's Customers by driving value add out of all deliverables and interactions
• Able to demonstrate experience working with large complex projects and strategic account teams.
