Under general direction and supervision that will vary depending on the individual's experience, this position is responsible for day-to-day, 24 x7 operational support for an organization's LAN and WAN infrastructure, which includes data and voice related activities.
This position is unique. In that it is not only a high technical position, but also requires a high degree of customer focus and contact that ultimately generates a high degree of customer satisfaction. It identifies new and or trending issues that may arise, and determines root cause and accountability to quickly resolve the issue. It also acts as a liaison between project and engineering teams and the ultimate customer, to coordinate, schedule and then perform the end work required to implement a given project (s).
This position will require use of your own vehicle, $0.54/mile will be reimbursed.
