As the Manager, Network Services, you will report directly to the Director. Your peers will be the functional direct and indirect reports to Director. You will provide leadership to the North Americas mission of the infrastructure group, focused on ensuring that Infrastructure investments and initiatives in project management services are aligned with the IT strategy and priorities. Build and develop a team by mentoring, coaching, and educating the team members, ensuring that highest service levels are consistently provided in compliance with IT standards and methodologies. • The Network/Telephony Services portfolio comprises of LAN/WAN, Unified Communications, firewalls, gateways, proxies, corporate/cloud connectivity, wireless, audio/video conferencing, load balancing, etc. across major vendors (i.e. Cisco, Juniper, Netscaler, F5, etc.) with deep expertise of standard networking protocols/standards (i.e. MPLS, BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, switching, routing, etc.) • You will support projects working closely with the PMO to ensure the successful delivery of budgetary objectives for the department. • As a member of the Infrastructure group, the Manager, North America Network Services will need strong leadership, strategic agility, technical expertise and practical implementation experience to continually advance the Company's IT Technology and Services capabilities.
