  • Responsible for managing service related issues pertaining to their workflow.
  • Managing their workflow queues to meet or exceed both quality and production standards detailed in the business objectives
  • Assist the Senior Account Coordinators as back-up when needed
  • Contributes to “continual improvement culture” by asking questions, sharing ideas.  Participates as requested on projects to improve Client Experience, Advisor Support, and/or Scaling/effectiveness.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as business needs require and as requested by managers
  • The New Account Coordinator is responsible for following a defined/disciplined process to manage their queues in a very quality and productive manner
  • New Account Coordinators meet with Team Manager to review data quality, production levels, overall performance and progress on development activities



  • Prior experience preferred in service related positions, spreadsheets (Excel), Naviplan, MoneyGuide Pro and Siebel application.

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Must be able to understand and interpret Financial Statements and Spreadsheets for data entry into Naviplan software
  • Ability to interact with Planning software such as Naviplan and MoneyGuidePro and above average functionality of Customer Relationship Management applications such as Siebel
  • Aable to maintain Excel Spreadsheets, and must be able to communicate both verbally and in written communications with our business partners in a very professional manner.
  • Able to communicate both verbally or through written communications with Advisors, Team Managers, Other Business Partners, and Directors to resolve issues in a professional, appropriate, and timely manner
  • Excellent interpersonal and writing skills to communicate service solutions and issues
  • Comfortable and effective working in a variety of communications methods - phone, email, etc.
