Adecco Direct Hire is recruiting on behalf of our client in the Hickory, NC area for the position of New Home Sales Consultant. Candidates who have a background in realty or new home development would be ideal fits for this opportunity. This is a commission based position, but does offer a base salary for up to one year to give the Sales Consultant time to build a pipeline. The duties and responsibilities of this position are as follows: Position Summary: We are seeking a New Home Sales Consultant who can keep up with our rapid growth in sales and expansion in distribution locations. We are looking to add a new Home Sales Consultant to our team to help capitalize on the rapidly rising demand for our product. As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will need to be a sales performer who is enthusiastic about delivering on someone's dreams, has the ability to close, and effectively following up with prospective opportunities. Must have a forward-thinking approach to solving client barriers, an obsession with customer satisfaction, and a background in selling New Homes or home packages. We work primarily with higher income clients, so experience driving and closing large, complex deals is a huge plus. We sell homes across the country and in many developments. So if you have worked for a production builder and are tired of communities that just "expire" along with your income, come and join a team that is continuously growing. What you'll do: •Cultivate and maintain a solid pipeline of well qualified opportunities •Take charge of your sales cycles. We want your fingerprints on everything from initial prospecting and opportunity identification, all the way to sale closure and managing the post-sale relationship •Be a high-touch sales rep who builds strong client connections and gains insight into how we can create maximum value for our customers •Develop expertise and become a go-to resource for information on our company. •Keep track of everything-new leads, deal progress, marketing commitments, and success rates-- so you can report back to your manager on how awesome you are on a regular basis •Help us continue its exponential growth by meeting and exceeding your sales goals. Reach new heights of personal and professional success in the process •Provide exceptional customer service to the sales team and potential buyers •Greeting potential buyers and obtaining basic information by listening to needs/wants/desires •Answering questions about the community/builder •Touring prospects through the model homes About You: •You're comfortable calling on and closing transactions and provide accurate follow up. •You embrace the chaos and love the challenge and excitement of selling an innovative product in a high-growth, fast paced environment •You easily grasp client's needs and are able to clearly articulate the business value and provide the solutions needed to perform the close. •Professional attitude, dress and demeanor •Strong verbal and written communications skills •Desire to excel in a team oriented environment •Reliable transportation •CAN DO ATTITUDE!!!
