North America Sales Transaction Support (STS) Client Advocate

The Sales Transaction Support (STS) Client Advocate has responsibility for interfacing with key Business Unit contacts to handle Client (external customer) related issues and escalations on behalf of the Geo Leader. This role will interface with the IBM Client Advocacy Office and manage STS Client Advocacy related projects and programs for North America.The STS Client Advocate will analyze Net Promoter Score and internal Seller satisfaction surveys to identify and address systemic issues and implement actions to resolve and prevent client issues. Additionally, this role has responsibility for supporting the Americas Geo Leader and Shared Services Leader with operational projects as required. They provide functional program development, planning, guidance and support to ensure that business objectives are met.
They influence and advise management and other professionals on strategic and tactical decisions.
They analyze complex or new situations and implement solutions or develop new approaches, procedures or processes.
Develop strategy to improve both external and internal client satisfaction for North America.Collaborate in a guild with other Geo Client Advocates.

Candidates could be located in Armonk NY, Raleigh NC, Atlanta GA or Markham Canada.
