North American Financial Analyst - (B3)

The analyst is responsible for all financial activities related to regional account(s). These activities include but are not limited to Order, Revenue and Gross Margin reporting and analysis.

Major Responsibilities Include:
o Perform monthly close process (Order/Revenue/GM reporting and analysis, cost center spending and headcount analysis, SAP to Hyperion Tie out, CE Metrics)
o Prepare Quarterly BSR package for Regional Accounts
o Partner with GSSO and Account Team on AGS AR issue resolution
o Interface with Internal and External Audit groups and complete audit requirements
o Monthly / quarterly accruals and cost transfers
o Provide detailed variance analysis
o Partner with other finance teams on project funding and cost transfers
o Process improvement
o Knowledge of Excel, SAP and Hyperion

o Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience; may lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements

o Able to design new processes, including integration points, that properly account for process and policy controls, efficiency, roles and responsibilities.
o Fully capable to create and perform test scripts.

o Able to receive highly unstructured or inaccurate process inputs and deliver highly structured process outputs and decisions.
o Actively coordinates with others inside and outside the organization to address exceptions and identify continuous improvement recommendations

o Strong understands the controls and reasons for them, including risk implications, within the process and business rules.
o Ensures and drives integrity of process controls.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2 - 4 Years of Experience
  • 5 - 10 Years of Experience is preferred
