Job Description As a Senior Manager of the ERE NA Transaction Operations Team, this Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing and leading a "best in class" Transactions Operations Team supporting the Transaction Managers in the field and working with the Lease Administration Team. This Lead will partner with colleagues across North America, including Finance, Reporting & Technology, as well as third party suppliers to lead the implementation of a web-based real estate transaction management system ("Tririga") for the North American Portfolio and oversee ongoing system enhancements, report development, data conversions, testing and training.

In partnership with colleagues across North America, this Lead will also develop and manage a shared services, centralized model for a Five Year Lease renewal plan and surplus property portfolio management and related services to ensure all operational, governance and filing requirements are met and in compliance with TD Bank's Affiliate Transactions Policy.

This job will provide leadership, management and direction to a team of Transaction Specialists and Transaction analysts, professionals that are responsible for all facets of Transaction Management support for the company's North American Real Estate Portfolio. Job Requirements •Manages, develops and grows a team of real estate specialists and analysts, professionals responsible for relationship management, transaction administration, surplus property portfolio management and retail and corporate renewal transactions for the company's North American Real Estate Portfolio.

•Provides training, annual reviews, development plans and succession planning.

•Builds strategic relationships internally and externally to optimize business outcomes and to meet the long range needs of the organization.

•Directs and implements department policies and procedures.

•Develops yearly goals and objectives in alignment with the goals and objectives of the business.

•Collaborates with real estate partners to create standardized best practices and guidelines and policies to maximize efficiency and reduce liability exposure. Qualifications •Bachelors Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

•At least 8 years overall experience in commercial real estate with exposure to retail.

•At least (3) years of management experience leading direct reports. Inclusiveness
