Our client in Fremont, MI is looking for dedicated and energetic individuals to come join our Customer Service team by providing exceptional service to new and existing customers.
*Processing customer payment transactions
*Promote E-Service and other self service functions
*Capture lead information from those interested in coverage, or transfers the call into the sales line.
*Customer Service experience considered a plus
*Contact center experience and knowledge considered a plus
*Life insurance knowledge considered a plus
*Solid PC and word processing software skills
*Customer Service advocate
*Strong and accurate business English, verbal and written communication skills (grammar and spelling)
*Excellent listening skills
*Ability to multitask efficiently
*Efficient in processes
*Accurate data entry
*Strong Bilingual competency considered a plus (English and Spanish)
*Ability to work a flexible schedule - including evenings, Saturdays and some Company Holidays
