**OEM Account Executive, Lead Generation - U.S. Remote** Dell, Inc. is a worldwide provider of information technology services and business solutions to a broad range of clients. We are currently looking for an **Account Executive, Lead Generation Manager** to join our team. This role is **Remote** based. The leads generation manager will be responsible for vetting and prospecting new opportunities for the OEM Solutions Group. The leads manager will also be responsible for coordinating the Intel co-selling relationship, Dell technology ventures relationship, and all business intelligence engagement. The leads manager will vet all prospects and opportunities and determine engagement model and next steps. The leads manager will open all new accounts, coordinate sales resources and alignments, and set up all tracking tools to manage activity. **Role Responsibilities** - Vet all prospects and leads that come to OEM Solutions Group, assign leads and prospects to sales teams or OEM channel partners - Open new accounts in tools & coordinate all contracts required to do business - Liaison between business intelligence teams and sales, coordinates marketing activities in key vertical & emerging markets - Manage the Intel co-selling relationship to drive incremental business - Coordinate Dell Technology Ventures engagement with management for new opportunities - Develop and update all ACQ/business development reporting, can effectively interface at many levels with senior managers **Requirements** - Bachelor's (Non -Technical), relevant sales experience - Ability to influence others to achieve results, ability to work in a high-pressure environment - Ability to work effectively with senior management - Exhibits confident behavior - Proactive, results driven - Consultative skills, negotiation skills, presentation skills, communication skills - Ability to influence others to achieve results **Company Description** With more than 100,000 team members globally, we promote an environment that is rooted in the entrepreneurial spirit in which the company was founded.
