What you get to do every day - Take charge of communication systems, copy services, word processing, utility services, main and distribution services, office reception, and office equipment Observe and seek improvements to office organization- Be a part of maturing and editing office policies and procedure for improved workflow - Work with the Director and Operations Manager in monitoring budget for office related items and staff - Preside over overall office administration
