Our client is a small construction firm located in Phoenix who is seeking an Office Assistant to provide general administrative support to the entire office. Duties include reception, filing, data entry, etc. You'll be using Word and Excel extensively, as well as a wide variety of office equipment (e.g. fax, copier, scanner, binding machine, etc.).
