The Office Assistant is a temp to hire temporary opportunity and is located in the Los Gatos, California area. Key responsibilities - Oversee office facility - Route calls to the appropriate parties - Copy, faxing, and filing for a number of different departments - Submit data accurately - Report to the CEO and assist with administrative projects - Create and edit real estate flyers - Work closely with other administrative assistance for efficient work flow
