Local Manufacturing office in Desert Hot Springs is looking for an Office Assistant to assist the growing team. Responsibilities of the Office Assistant: - Front desk, calls, greeting walk-ins - Provide great customer service, and follow-up - Assisting with business developments process - Research, data entry, and updating website data and contents - Assisting with sales and providing support for the team - Wearing numerous hats Required knowledge of the Office Assistant: - Must be exceptional with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Having the ability to multi-task and prioritize - Must be professional, courteous, and have the ability to work very well with multiple departments - Preferably 1-2 years of office or customer service and/or administrator experience - Having customer service knowledge and skills is a plus The schedule for this Office Assistant position will be Fulltime Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm If you are interested in the Office Assistant position and in becoming apart of a growing team please submit your resume.
