ONGOING NEED for Office Assistants! OfficeTeam is partnered with a number of renowned and sought after employers in the Poughkeepsie, NY area! The Office Assistant role is a critical one, acting as the first face of the organization and ensuring operations run as smoothly as possible by providing exceptional support to departments. The daily responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to greeting and assisting all visitors, both internal and external; managing the calendar for the department as well as the management team; coordination of the conference rooms, including scheduling, materials preparation, attendance tracking and technical support; drafting correspondence in various forms, from memos to emails; prepare reports on an as needed basis by compiling various data from the system and manipulating it into the requested format; as well as any requested administrative support for the department or management as needed.
