•Date entry •Organizing the office and assisting associates to optimize processes for a hotel •Sorting and distributing communications in a timely manner •Using Hotel computer software systems such as Delphi or Opera •Clear communication skills in English •Able to write correspondence on Microsoft Word •Able to create charts and tables on Excel •Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not a must
