Office Assistant The Office Assistant role is a 5 - 6 month project while the Company has a new web site built. The Office Assistant will be responsible for assisting with the day to day administrative operations. The hours are 10am to 4PM with a 30 minute lunch, 5 days a week. The Office Assistant is responsible for answering phones, transferring calls, filing, computer data entry, shipping orders, mail, mailings, putting together sample kits, and other miscellaneous office work.
