Adecco is looking for someone who has experience in the following skills and looking for a temp to hire position.
Front des: open/close office
Answer phones
Greets clients and visitors
Sorts/delivers mail
Post and log outgoing mail
Maintain Office supplies
Stock copiers
retrieve and deliver incoming faxes
Schedule conference rooms
Assist assembly of proposals
Scan documents

High school diploma/GED
1 to 2 years experience in a front office atosphrere
Microsoft word
Strong written and verbal communication
Multi task and work independently
