Responsibilities for this position include:
Provides administrative support regarding HR and general office issues
Supports establishing, developing, maintaining and updating filing system for the office.
Provides support for expatriates and visitors, regarding lodging, transportation and related insurances, general information, relocations assistance, and other related issues
Assists in scheduling and organizing events and activities such as meetings, travel, conferences and department activities
Excellent verbal, oral, and presentation skills
Extensive software skills
Ability to delegate responsibility
Ability to train and supervise employees within the organization
Strong organizational skills
Strong interpersonal skills
