This is an ongoing temp, with the potential of conversion, depending on buildout needs/performance/and the hiring of a receptionist.
Description: The Office Assistant will be assisting with general office management and reception. Responsibilities include:
Greet visitors warmly and professionally
Notify employees when candidates, visitors, packages and mail arrive.
Ensure community kitchen is fully stocked throughout the week
Ensure conference rooms, pantries, and supply closets are stocked.
Organize catered meals and other company-sponsored events
Coordinate general administrative activities for the office
Handle building management and facilities issues
Order & maintain office supplies
Manage training room calendars and book conference rooms for employees in last minute situations as needed.
Job Requirements 2 years experience in office administration support
