This is an ongoing temp, with the potential of conversion, depending on buildout needs/performance/and the hiring of a receptionist.

Description: The Office Assistant will be assisting with general office management and reception. Responsibilities include:

  • Greet visitors warmly and professionally

  • Notify employees when candidates, visitors, packages and mail arrive.

  • Ensure community kitchen is fully stocked throughout the week

  • Ensure conference rooms, pantries, and supply closets are stocked.

  • Organize catered meals and other company-sponsored events

  • Coordinate general administrative activities for the office

  • Handle building management and facilities issues

  • Order & maintain office supplies

  • Manage training room calendars and book conference rooms for employees in last minute situations as needed.

  • Job Requirements 2 years experience in office administration support
