About the Team

Customer Enablement at Workday is all about our customers - we create programs and services to help them drive business value from their Workday applications.   As an Office Hours Program Analyst , you will perform a variety of activities including the administration and operations support of Office Hours, as well as supporting other enablement services and programs.  While the role could be multi-faceted, the primary focus is Office Hours.

Office Hours

Office Hours is a high-value, appointment-driven service that is designed to develop customer self-sufficiency and assist customers with ongoing adoption of features and functionality. Workday customers schedule appointments with Workday Office Hours Consultants to get the guidance they need. This is a revenue generating service. You will support this program and practice, and assist with the operational and administrative aspects of the program.
 Responsibilities Include:
  • Analyze data and create compelling reports in varied formats on a scheduled and ad-hoc basis.
  • Onboard new Office Hours customers and consultants.
  • Interact with and assist customers and consultants with: Office Hours accounts and appointments, and any other related requirements.
  • Manage appointment and timesheet corrections.
  • Collect and compile relevant program data to manage project schedules and meet program requirements.
  • Coordinate meetings with various stakeholders including setting up web conferences, hosting events, and communicating to participants.
  • Fulfill other program management duties as needed.
About You:
We are looking for someone who has the following:
  • Ideal candidate has experience with complex formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and representing data visually.
  • Strong technology skills; able to learn and adopt new technology.
  • Ability to think, plan, prioritize, and execute on multiple projects simultaneously in an organized fashion.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Highly collaborative, flexible, and self-confident with the ability to problem solve and escalate.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills with a passion for customer services.
  • Highly collaborative, flexible, and self-confident with the ability to problem solve and escalate.
  • Ability to learn and adopt new technology.
  • Knowledge of Human Resources, Payroll, Financials technology, SaaS is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of Workday and Salesforce is a plus.
  • Degree required.
