Description: -Assure daily office operations run smoothly -Provide administrative support to higher level Executives -Schedule and coordinate meetings in Outlook -Maintain conference room schedule -Plan and organize office events including office lunches and happy hours -Oversee front office reception area -Maintain and order office supplies -Booking light travel accommodations -Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages -Ad hoc administrative projects as needed
