We currently have an excellent opportunity for a highly-skilled and motivated Office Manager to lead operations at a growing healthcare company in San Francisco. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: - Leading overall office administration - Handling copy services, word processing, mail and distribution services, office reception, office equipment, utility services and communication systems - Evaluating and improving office production - Assisting in developing and revising office policies and procedure for improved work flow - Assisting the Operations Manager and Director in monitoring budget for office related items and staff
