Expanding manufacturer seeks an Office Manager immediately!
Our Client has partnered with Accountemps in their search for an Office Manager to join their family-ran team! The Office Manager is responsible for the following: preparing invoices, entering payment information into the general ledger package, preparation of bank deposits, preparation of charge backs and credit memos as needed, answering any questions vendors may have regarding payments, opening of invoices addressed to Accounts Payable; review purchase orders and match with appropriate invoice; auditing of invoices and reviewing payments before cutting checks; collection calls when needed.
In addition, the Office Manager will be responsible for miscellaneous clerical duties such as answering phones, filing, and data entry. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of previous office manager experience in addition to hands-on experience working within SAP.
