OfficeTeam is seeking an experienced and motivated Office Manager to lead operations at a thriving company in Baltimore, Maryland. Are you a deeply passionate self-starter who is looking to grow their career? Then we have a position for you. The Office Manager position is a short term temporary position. Key responsibilities - Assist the Operations Manager and Director in monitoring budget for office related items and staff - Engage in growing and changing office policies and procedure for improved workflow Assess and find improvements in office efficiencies- Preside over all manner of office related tasks: handle copy services, word processing, mail and distribution services, office reception, office equipment, utility services and communication systems - Be in charge of over overall office administration
