Office Manager

Adecco is assisting a local Plumbing Company with a search for an Office Manager in Nassau County. This is a Direct Hire Position and the client is looking to hire an immediately. The client is looking for a detailed oriented and organized person who has great computer knowledge. This position will require the candidate to manage at least 6 people. The hours of work are from 8am to 5pm with an hour lunch. This position reports directly to Executive Assistant and indirectly to the Owners.

Skill set required:


Payroll, Scheduling, Purchasing, A/R and AP.


Skilled at Quickbooks,ComputerEase, Timberline, Excel and Word.


Knowledge of amortization schedule,Large Count and state contracts.


Management experience a must especially in private companies.


Must have knowledge of Prevailing wages and working with Union employees.
