Office Manager

I am currently seeking experienced office managers interested in an ASAP start date for a successfully growing, employee owned business! This business is a consulting firm that provides solutions to construction, legal, and insurance industries. Individual must have some familiarity with these industries and be comfortable communicating with clients and customers of the mentioned industries.
The duties of the Office Manager include, but are not limited to:

working with engineers, construction, technicalities, etc.
generating reports, presentations, materials
reviewing all technical reports
executing expense reports
providing excellent client service

The office manager will have two admins reporting under him/her. The office manager will also work closely with the regional manager.
*An individual in this role will "own this position!" The office manager is the gate keeper to this company; he/or she maintains reports and data independently and confidently. He/She will be working with a strong, supportive team.*
Candidates must have:

significant fluency with numbers as they will be reviewing excel spreadsheets, budgets, expense reports, etc.
technical aptitude
must be detail oriented and be able to work independently
highly proficient in most desktop applications
ability to multi-task

*Candidates will need to complete assesments testing experience with Word/ Excel/Spelling & Grammar.*
