Adecco is seeking an Office Services Associate in Downtown Los Angeles, CA market. The ideal candidate is someone that has previous Legal experience and also working in mail and print production. Handle busy phones in the reception area
Conduct mail runs at scheduled times throughout the day
Deliver packages directly to employees during mail runs
Pick up outgoing packages upon request from employees
Conference room set up and maintenance
Support Copy Center
Exceptional Software Skills- MC Office
Strong sense of Customer Service
Excellent problem solving skills
Previous experience working in the Legal field
This is a contract to hire position for the right candidate starting at $14 to $17/hr. Hours for this position are 10am-7pm.
