Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for an office/ front desk coordinator position in Quincy, IL.
The position responsibilities includes:
- Greeting customers and visitors
- Answering and directing phone calls
- Checking in inbound and outbound drivers
- Routing trucks to correct docks
- Updating warehouse staff on trailers to load or unload
- Providing reports and information for customers and carriers
- Using office equipment including computer, phone system, scanning function, printer
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or general equivalency degree
- Previous experience in clerical work including computer programs, order processing, customer service practices and procedures
- Ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously, position interacts with customers, carriers, warehouse staff and vendors all in the same time frame
- Ability to follow directions/ instructions and complete work in a timely, efficient manner
- Good computer skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
Schedule: Monday-Friday , 8:00am-5:00pm
Pay: $12.00/ hour
