Office/Mailroom Clerk responsibilities: -Prepare incoming and outgoing mail -Oversee the flow of mail including bills, payments, and packages -Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate person or department -Weigh mail and packages -Time stamp, open, read, and sort incoming mail and record into database -Create/stuff, stamp, seal, and attach postage to outgoing mail and record into database -Assist with ad hoc projects If interested and experienced, please email your resume in WORD format to: carly.tristao@officeteam.com AND kristy.pak@officeteam.com AND rachel.martin@officeteam.com
