Description Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant/Lead Supervisor must be able to work independently and coordinate with all managers and staff. Reliability, accuracy, and attention to detail are necessary, as is the ability to quickly learn a hotel system and other software systems. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word is essential. Manage all reporting for environmental and sustainability, follow up on all purchase orders and reconcile received goods with Purchasing Supervisor. Work closely with HR Manager, Accounting Manager and General Manager on all day to day functions. Essential Functions:
- Compile environmental data from all outlets utilizing Microsoft Excel, data base, and various point of sales software programs.
- Compile notes from all meetings and send out to the team.
- Work closely with Purchasing Supervisor in all components to coordinate deliveries and reconcile purchase orders.
- Assist HR, Accounting and GM with day to day functions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Know and comply with all company policies and procedures regarding safety, security, emergencies and energy
- Report to work on time and in complete uniform
- Other duties as assigned
Prior experience and understanding of Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Outlook, Word and Excel. Equipment Used:
