Staffmark is looking to add to it's support team!
* Will be responsible for maintaining good relationships at all levels of the customer's organization and deliver exceptional service by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, issues and ensuring consistent quality.
*Data entry for reporting on key performance indicators
*Maintain compliance to Staffmark operations, systems and employee records.
* Implement employee programs and activities to improve KIC performance such as absenteeism and turnover
Job Requirements Extremely organized and self-motivated, good verbal and written communication, proficient with Microsoft Office, Understands and supports the Visions and Values of Staffmark
