Onbase Application Administrator

Our client has a need for an Onbase Administrator. The Onbase Administrator will be responsible for overseeing custom off-the-shelf (COTS), SaaS or custom applications configuration, updating, maintaining, and repair of assigned applications. The Onbase Administrator will provide technical support and has a clear understanding of the context of the application and its usage to ensure the application is running under defined parameters and configuration and identifies, researches and resolves any defects within a given application. The Onbase Administrator should have a strong technical and platform knowledge with hands-on experience in root cause analysis and troubleshooting application issues. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform day to day administration of the Onbase platform, including making approved changes to process and work flows • Perform installation and testing of Onbase updates and new releases • Support the design of Onbase integrations and work with business consultants and process owners for implementation • Ensure requirements are clearly understood and aligned to program objectives • Perform Onbase implementation tasks including: configuration, integration, custom programming • Maintain the confirmation management of the Onbase tool across production and non-production environments. • Communicate Onbase process, operations and capability information to all levels of management effectively. • Work with business users to identify and refine business requirements and workflows. • Monitor performance of software • Ability to work in a team environment to analyze, recommend and deliver solutions that solve problems presented by the user community. • Ability to prioritize and deliver solutions in a timely manner, usually under pressure and shifting priorities • Serve as a technical expert in the installation and configuration of COTS or customer software • Support a wide number and type of applications, including middleware and batch activities • Develop clear and concise technical process documentation. • Develop technical documentation for supported applications • Assist and/or facilitate in troubleshooting for applications • Understanding of some scripting capabilities Education and/or Experience: • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field • Minimum 3+ years of direct experience as a Onbase Admin configuring core Onbase modules • Working knowledge of relational databases • Experience compiling data from several different sources in support of data migration and reporting • Strong analytical, estimating and problem solving skills • Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills • Ability to present and explain technical information to diverse audiences • Ability to be flexible, adaptable and learn new concepts quickly • Able to function well in a fast-paced and adaptive environment • Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes, operations and procedures; ITIL V3 Foundation Certification is a plus. • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall project management methodologies This is a great opportunity to join a financially secure and growing enterprise organization while having complete ownership over the Onbase environment and platform.
