OnBoarding Specialist

Responsible for the internal onboarding process including background checks, drug testing, time entry training, and company required orientations for associates. In addition, ensures all requirements are met including client specific orientations and paperwork.
Maintains front end system including but not limited to the update of internal data (new hire and onboarding data).
Ensures all internal new hire paperwork is completed, signed, and maintained for all candidates.
Provides Associates with guidance on payroll, benefits and policies.
Drives redeployment by providing recruiters with up to date information regarding Associate availability.

Liaises with recruiting staff to ensure highest level of support is met.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:

Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

REPORTS TO: Regional Operations Manager


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Associate's degree in related field or equivalent experience. One to two years experience in a service-provider environment required. This is NOT a HR Generalist Position --its purely doing On-Boarding for new hires and assisting with other general admin duties.

Knowledge of current employment practices abiding by federal and state laws and Company policies preferred.

Excellent customer service skills required, along with the ability to multitask, set priorities, and interface with all levels of staff, management and clients.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Should possess strong initiative, solid judgment, and excellent problem solving skills.
