Qualifications



Minimum Requirements
6+ years advanced administrative support experience

Critical Skills: (must have)

*Knowledge of Medical Terminology

*Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook

*Analytical Thinker and Problem Solver –Extremely important

*Self Motivator – works efficiently without daily direction

*Highly organized, detail oriented

*Multitasker who can prioritize job duties

*Excellent Telephone Skills

*Engages effective and productively within a team environment a must

*Ability to concentrate in an open office “cubicle” environment

 

Additional Knowledge/Skills: (preferred)

*Oncology terminology

*Ability to identify   Chemotherapy treatments and Hormonal treatments within an EMR
