On-site Administrative Support
1.Support the On-site MSP Program team by effectively communicating with Adecco temporary associates on assignment at client Call Center as well as internal recruitment delivery team at the local branch level.
2.Manage candidate resume submitting and skill evaluations pass/fail follow-up from program supplier vendors
3.Assist with new hire orientations, including post orientation administrative support and first day assignment check -in
4.Coordinate candidate phone interview screens via Excel spreadsheet
5.Track and review drug & background screening results for compliance
6.Maintain Associates request for time off, call outs, arriving late or leaving early on a daily basis
7.Organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
8.Manage time sensitive, confidential information with professionalism
